All terms are open to negotiation specific to individual contracts with our Clients. We are open to evaluate terms and liability on a case-by-case basis to ensure that both parties (ourselves and our Clients) are satisfied in the distribution of liability as is required to engage in ongoing and future business activities.
For the purpose of these terms, a “Contract” refers to a mutually agreed-upon, signed, written agreement between Buchanan Information Systems Inc. (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”) and a Client. This agreement outlines specific terms, conditions, and obligations tailored to the individual needs and requirements of the Client. In the event of any discrepancies or variations between the terms specified in a Contract and those outlined in the generic Terms of Service provided herein, the terms of the Contract shall be upheld, and will supersede and take precedence.
